I provide tailored digital support to manage the Mertz Gilmore Foundation website and optimize UX through content mapping. Recently, I implemented a standardized process for requesting content edits that has helped to streamline internal team approvals. I continue to provide strategic advice as requests are made to further align with audience needs in parallel with best practices.
