MENTOR’s mission is to fuel the quality and quantity of mentoring relationships for America’s young people and to close the mentoring gap for the one in three young people growing up without this critical support.

Created 20 page toolkit written to support volunteer mentors who are building relationships with Black and Brown girls and femees.

Presented toolkit content and strategic recommendations for implementation to a group of national mentoring practitioners to gather feedback.

Managed content marketing execution for My Brother's Keeper Digital Day of Action with President Barack Obama's White House Digital Strategy Team.

Managed online engagement strategy for In Real Life national marketing campaign, co-led with NBA Cares and other high-profile influencers including Linkedin for Good and Kendrick Lamar/Top Dog Entertainment.

Led strategic ideation for digital implementation of volunteer recruitment campaigns including National Mentoring Month, Big 10 Coaches’ Mentoring Challenge, Attendance Awareness Month and American Graduate Day in conjunction with 29 MENTOR state affiliates.

Led digital marketing initiatives and day-of social media execution in support of MENTOR’s 25th Anniversary celebration in New York City, hosted by Soledad O’Brien.

Led social media command center at two consecutive National Mentoring Summit conferences held in Washington D.C., with over 1,000 mentoring supporters in attendance.

Led strategic ideation for B2B marketing and promotion of the National Mentoring Resource Center technical assistance platform.

Led video creative direction and digital engagement plan for for In Real Life campaign video featuring advocate and activist Jessica Cox.

Led strategic development of the online #MentoringCruise contest, held in collaboration with Cabot Creamery Cooperative headquarters. Interviewed the winning mentoring match for a national story published on MENTOR’s website.

Managed digital marketing initiatives related to Esquire Magazine’s Mentoring Project developed to encourage more men to become mentors.
